Mona Aschenbrenner presented a poster at the Microscale Ocean Biophysics Conference in June 2026.
The meeting is held every two years to discuss the physics underlying biological interactions at the microscale. This brings researchers together from different disciplines, including marine biology, ecology, oceanography, engineering and applied mathematics. The 8th meeting was held on Corsica Island in France.
At the poster session, Mona’s presentation on interacting microswimmers generated so much interest, she kept discussing with participants well beyond the allocated time and late into the night!
